Take AIM Episode 17 – Glass Matters

It took me a while to learn it, but accuracy is more important than raw power.  It does you no good to have the most powerful airgun on the block if you can’t make the important shots reliably.  In this episode of Take AIM we will begin to look at how to get the most accuracy out of an already “known to be accurate” airgun, the Hatsan BT65SB in .25 caliber.

This month we spend the big money and drop on a Hawke Sidewinder Tactical scope and a set of auto-centering BKL mounts.  This month we go over the features and specifications.  Next month we will take a look at how our new setup performs in the field.

Thank you to everyone that has helped out with the various medical bills from 2017.  As many of you know I was taken to the ER early February and spent a week in the hospital.  I was able to get insurance this year which is a big help, but the deductibles come up to $6500. Additionally, I was out of state and out of network.  You all that have insurance know what I’m talking about here.  We don’t know they will and won’t cover at this point.  The important thing is that I’m doing very well and back on track.  I want to thank the Lord for pulling me through all of this and trust that He will complete the work he has started.  Thank you all again for all your support along the way.
