The SIG Virtus 22 has been on the radar from my first meeting with Lou back several shot shows ago.  The promise of a full power, regulated PCP, semi-automatic AR Airgun was almost too good to be true.  And for many years, it proved to be just that.  But that all changed in 2020 with the SIG Virtus PCP Airgun Platform.  While not as powerful as many of us would have hoped, it does push over 12FPE making it a viable airgun for many disciplines.  Whether you are doing some serious training, plinking in the back yard, or taking out garden pests, the SIG Virtus is a options worth exploring.  With 30 rounds on tap, powered by a regulated 3000 psi tank, you have a lot of options for some serious airgun fun. I’ve add a rail for a bi-pod and also the Hawke Airmax 30 Compact scope to my SIG Virtus.  It’s a LOT more fun that I expected with consistent accuracy to boot.  Just a great option for airgunner that want to run and gun with an AR Airgun.
