This video is a result of someone asking how to use this compressor to fill an Umarex Gauntlet. While we’ve done these videos in the past, it’s probably time for a refresh. If you like shooting PCP airguns, you know the challenge is finding access to high-pressure air to power them. You can use a hand pump in a pinch, but it’s a lot of work. You can use a carbon fiber tank, but you need a way to keep that topped off. Personal compressors are a great option for people who want to fill their PCP airguns directly and keep their carbon fiber tanks ready to use. There’s a lot to this, as not all personal compressors are designed to fill tanks. Fortunately, the CX4 can fill both smaller pony bottles and larger tanks up to 6.8L (74 CF). Today, we’ll demo how to direct-fill your airgun, using the requested Umarex Gauntlet. Let’s get started!
Man, it’s a great time to be an airgunner!
